We are delighted to announce that two of our outstanding Managers, Fred Weller and Olivia Jeffrey, have successfully attained the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Accreditation. This prestigious designation is the gold standard within the management consulting profession, recognising their exceptional expertise, dedication, and commitment to delivering the highest levels of professionalism and client service.
The ChMC Accreditation, awarded by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is a mark of excellence that signifies industry-leading problem-solving skills, strategic execution, and ethical consulting. Achieving this accreditation is a rigorous process, requiring consultants to demonstrate significant experience, professional integrity, and a commitment to continuous developmentâqualities that both Fred and Olivia exemplify in their work.
At Akeso, we take great pride in fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. The achievements of Fred and Olivia not only reflect their personal dedication but also reinforce our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that drive success for our clients. Since 2020, our CMI-accredited in-house management consultant development programme has ensured that our consultants meet the highest professional standards. By aligning with the ChMC Framework, we equip them with the skills, expertise, and competencies needed to deliver outstanding results.
Olivia has led the change management and implementation of several large transformational programmes including, most recently, supporting the design and mobilisation for the national roll out of inventory management systems across the NHS. She has also led the end-to-end delivery for a number of complex strategic sourcing projects within the public and private sector across a range of Clinical and Non-Clinical goods and services. Similarly, Fred has worked extensively with a range of the U.K’s largest healthcare and public sector organisations, in addition to leading private Life Science providers, across a range of complex clinical, capital, operational, and procurement and supply chain transformations. His incredible work on innovative projects such as Health on the High Street in Barnsley, forecasted to deliver £3.1m in annual savings, exemplify his strong work ethic and commitment to improving outcomes within the NHS.
We congratulate Fred and Olivia on this well-earned recognition. We also extend our gratitude to the MCA and CMI for their continued efforts in upholding and advancing standards within the consulting profession.
