/ Ashwin Thurairaj, Senior Manager – Ashwin brings a wealth of expertise in driving complex transformations within the health and social care sector including performance improvement and operating model design. His consultancy experience at EY, coupled with substantive roles he has held within the NHS, provides him with a distinctive perspective on effecting change. Ashwin’s approach integrates both strategic and operational considerations, that enable him to support clients in enhancing overall organisational performance and delivering long term value.

/ Richard Hume, Manager – With a background in both industry and consultancy, Richard specializes in Digital Health Transformation, Population Health Management, Technology Enablement, and Interoperability. In addition to this he has extensive experience in Operating Model Design and Financial and Elective Recovery. He understands the complexities of integrating digital solutions into healthcare systems and is passionate about advancing population health management through data-driven strategies. His role at Akeso will enable our clients to harness technology and data to improve patient care and system sustainability.

/ Rosie Morgan, Manager – Rosie has a strong background in business and people consulting and gained from her experience working in the ‘Big 4’. She specialises in leading large-scale transformation programs, with a focus on delivering results that are people-centered and sustainable. Rosie’s ability to guide organizations through complex transitions, particularly in the health sector, will be invaluable as our clients navigate ongoing reforms and changes.

/ Harry Style, Senior Data Scientist – Harry brings expertise in complex data science modelling, drawing from experiences across multiple industries. His ability to apply cutting-edge data science techniques, including AI and machine learning, to healthcare settings enables Akeso to offer innovative solutions to data challenges that healthcare organizations face daily. By leveraging insights from vast data sets, Harry’s work helps optimize patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and predictive analytics.

/ Rebecca Chadwick, Senior Consultant – Rebecca is a transformation specialist with a proven track record in both community and national health programs. Her extensive experience in operating model and pathway redesign is crucial as health systems seek to streamline services and enhance patient care. Rebecca’s expertise in redesigning processes that improve both clinical and operational efficiencies aligns with our values and goals to continue to transform the healthcare sector.

/ Rebecca Barnes, Consultant – Rebecca brings a deep understanding of community engagement and patient empowerment, key factors in achieving successful large-scale transformations within the NHS. Her work focuses on ensuring that patients are at the heart of health system redesign, fostering greater engagement and improved health outcomes across diverse populations.
