After a summer of evolution, growth and innovation with the expansion of our team and refresh of our strategic direction; we wrapped up an exciting September with a company event at the historic Hever Castle.
Over the two days, we came together to discuss the critical issues impacting the healthcare system and share ideas on how Akeso can best support our clients in this context. The team also participated in collaborative team building activities. We kept a strong focus on alignment with our vision for what the healthcare system truly needs over the coming years, as well as cultivating our collaborative company culture as we grow.

- Our new Junior team presented key takeaways from two major healthcare reports.
- The best-kept surprise activity of the day – duck herding! We braved the weather for some memorable team-building fun. Despite the downpour, spirits were high and everyone embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, thanks to the Wright Event.
- We embraced the positive impact that being in nature, connecting with each other, and developing both personal and professional skills can have on the mental health and well-being of our company.
