Double Success for Akeso Colleagues as MCA Awards Finalists

We are delighted to share that two members of the Akeso team, Adam and Robyn, have been named finalists in this year’s prestigious Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards.

The MCA Awards celebrate excellence across the consulting profession, recognising individuals who have made a significant impact for clients, organisations and communities through their work. To have two Akeso colleagues shortlisted is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the talent, commitment and values that underpin our work!

Adam Thwaites – Chartered Management Consultant of the Year Finalist

Adam’s nomination recognises his outstanding contribution to some of the most complex challenges facing health and care organisations today. Known for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership and ability to navigate complexity, Adam has consistently helped clients turn ambitious visions into practical and sustainable change.

Whether supporting large-scale transformation programmes, helping organisations improve services for patients and communities, or developing innovative solutions to long-standing challenges, Adam combines analytical rigour with a genuine commitment to delivering meaningful impact.

“I’m pleased and honoured to have got this far in this year’s MCA Awards. Being named a finalist for Management Consultant of the Year is a great moment, and I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me in my career.

For me, delivering sustainable transformation across the public sector is both rewarding and stimulating. It’s challenging work, but that’s part of what I enjoy: helping organisations work through complexity and putting changes in place that last.

Congratulations to the other finalists. I’m looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the awards.”

His nomination is a testament to the trust-based relationships he builds and the positive influence he has on colleagues and stakeholders alike!
